WHAT IS A CUSTOM ROTORWORKS WATCH?
A watch you design and we build. You choose the style, movement, finish, bezel, dial, hands, and band in our configurator — our watchmaker then assembles that exact watch for you. No two are alike unless you want them to be.
HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY WATCH?
Use the configurator on any product page. Pick one decision at a time; every option shows its price before you commit. If you want something the configurator doesn't offer, email us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can build it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Coming soon — we're finalizing build times with our watchmaker and will publish them here.
WHAT MOVEMENTS DO YOU USE?
Genuine Seiko automatic movements: the NH35 (3-hand) and the NH34 (true GMT) on GMT Sport builds. Every movement is regulated before your watch ships.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Every Rotorworks watch will carry a warranty — full terms coming soon.
CAN I GET ENGRAVING?
Caseback and crown engraving options are planned — details coming soon.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Every order ships tracked — you'll get the tracking number by email the moment your watch leaves the watchmaker. Carrier and shipping rates coming soon.
